A key responsibility is proactively identifying and managing technical and commercial risks. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and possesses over five years of experience in industrial R&D project management, particularly in material technology. Success requires strong know-how in relevant materials and manufacturing technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset, coupled with a passion for collaboration and change management.
