Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and system administration services directly to business and private clients. The primary focus is on maintaining and administering existing IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, client systems, and firewalls. Key responsibilities include deploying new hardware (PCs and servers), managing technical implementation during system changes, and performing migrations from local Exchange environments to Microsoft 365. The administrator will act as the first point of contact for users, handling incident reports remotely, via phone, or on-site, ensuring quick and sustainable resolutions. Candidates should possess a completed IT education, initial professional experience in support or system administration, proficiency with Windows Server/Client systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, and strong customer orientation. A Class B driving license is mandatory for client site visits.
