Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the team as a skilled electrical technician, focusing on varied maintenance and repair tasks for machinery, machine parts, and power plant systems, specifically at the Spullersee power plant. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recurring inspections, documenting control and maintenance records, and helping implement measures for fault resolution. This position is ideal for individuals with a completed electrical engineering qualification who are reliable, responsible, and possess manual dexterity. After comprehensive training and further education, the technician will advance to a highly qualified specialist role, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of critical infrastructure for green energy supply. The position offers an attractive work-life balance with a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday).
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical profession (e.g., Electronics Technician, Plant Electrician, or equivalent)
Experience
- Professional experience in an electrical engineering profession (preferred)
- Experience with maintenance and repair work on machinery and power plant systems (implied by role)
Languages
Additional
- Driving license Class B (ideally); Requirement to provide a criminal record certificate upon job offer; Willingness to work in a remote location (Spullersee power plant, Austria).
