Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Deutsche Bahn Group, specifically DB InfraGo, as an SAP User Manager on a temporary contract basis in Frankfurt am Main. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT projects within the SAP R/3 network environment, such as handling interfaces and systemic adjustments. You will act as the primary communication link between customers and 2nd Level Support, managing ticket processing, and performing comprehensive IT testing for requirements, systems, and interfaces. A key function is user management for the client's SAP procedures. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, and possesses strong customer orientation and expertise in SAP R/3 (PM module), SAP 4/HANA, and SAP BTP. Excellent German language skills are mandatory for success in this critical support and management role.
