The Site Manager will be responsible for organizing, steering, and controlling maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks, while also handling defect and warranty tracking. Key qualifications include a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical degree (e.g., Facility Management). Candidates must possess professional experience in facility management and technical building systems (TGA), excellent German language skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage external contractors and internal staff, and a proactive, results-oriented approach, making it ideal for an experienced technical leader seeking a long-term, permanent role within an internationally operating service provider.
