Job Summary
This position is tailored for an Operations Specialist focusing on Finance Administration within the Application Support Center of Komm.ONE, the largest IT service provider for the public sector in Baden-Württemberg. The core function involves managing the financial operational lifecycle, including serving as the primary contact for invoicing, handling customer complaints, and overseeing ticket billing coordination. A critical component is the responsibility for Problem Management within the center, requiring participation in relevant committees and ensuring adherence to established IT processes. The role demands strong coordination skills, particularly in developing and aligning new processes with Product Management, and excellent analytical abilities for preparing detailed KPI-driven reports and statistics using MS Excel. This permanent role requires a background in Public Management or equivalent administrative qualification and knowledge of ITIL methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Public Management / Certified Administrative Specialist (Dipl. Verwaltungswirt) or equivalent
Experience
