Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Service Desk Specialist at Komm.ONE, the largest IT service provider for the public sector in Baden-Württemberg. The core focus is providing high-quality 1st Level Support to customers by handling and analyzing inquiries related to specialized and technical IT issues. Day-to-day tasks include consulting customers on technical solutions, ensuring optimal support quality, and actively participating in the optimization of internal processes to maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess a qualified IT education or equivalent professional experience, combined with strong technical comprehension and specific knowledge of network infrastructures and client/server architectures.
