Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Process Expert to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Biberach. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of electronic data and managing automation topics within technical systems, focusing heavily on cGMP compliance. Day-to-day tasks include identifying, assessing, and resolving system malfunctions, developing preventative measures, and conducting statistical analysis of process and machine data. A key component of the role involves acting as an Investigator, leading deviation investigations, and defining and documenting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). The position also includes acting as a Change Manager for process and machine modifications, ensuring sustainable implementation, and providing technical leadership to operational staff. This requires strong technical expertise in complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and fluent German and very good English skills.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, Technical Master Craftsman in Pharmaceuticals, or completed university degree (FH) as a Pharmaceutical Engineer

Experience

Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing using technical systems in a GMP environment
Experience with complex, modern systems for the manufacture or processing of biopharmaceutical products
Experience in data evaluation and report generation
Experience acting as an Investigator/leading deviation investigations
Experience in technical leadership of operational personnel
