Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Validation Manager specializing in electrical systems within the defense industry, based in or around Bremen. The core responsibilities involve creating and implementing comprehensive verification concepts for complex systems and subsystems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating detailed test planning, reviewing test instructions at segment and unit levels, and managing the overall system qualification process, including critical areas like EMC and functional safety. You will also be responsible for technical analysis of components, managing verification risk, and coordinating resources and training for subcontractors. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, multi-year professional experience in system verification, and long-term expertise in radio and communications technology, coupled with familiarity with modern RF measurement techniques.
