Job Summary

This role focuses on connecting people and technology by providing essential IT Support services for clients, with a strong emphasis on support and security. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of hardware, managing and processing support tickets, and meticulous documentation of all procedures. A core component of the role is maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with various IT inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing the hardware inventory, providing service for printers and Mobile Device Management (MDM), supporting telephony clients, and executing hardware relocation projects. The ideal candidate holds a vocational degree in IT System Integration/Application Development or a comparable qualification, possesses initial experience in IT support, and demonstrates strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation.
