Job Summary

As the Service Manager for Large-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of energy storage infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of storage facilities, acting as the central interface between technical teams, operations management, and marketing. You will be responsible for building and leading a new department from the ground up, managing everything from cost centers and workshops to spare parts logistics and emergency hotlines. A key part of the role includes negotiating and implementing service contracts with external providers and manufacturers. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys establishing new structures and driving technical services forward. Required Skills
