Job Summary

This role offers an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student the opportunity to join the internal Service Management team at the FERCHAU group headquarters in Gummersbach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in configuring and customizing intranet applications, specifically focusing on Confluence, Linchpin, and related plug-ins, to enhance internal service and consulting offerings across the group's processes. Daily tasks include managing user permissions, configuring personalization dashboards and navigation, and handling support incidents with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners, Compliance Officers) and external suppliers. The position requires a background in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with initial practical experience in web application administration and an interest in continuous process improvement. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in IT Service Management, apply theoretical knowledge, and potentially secure a permanent role post-graduation, all within a flexible and modern work environment.
