Job Summary
This role involves driving the decentralized energy transition by selling photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and smart energy solutions to both private homeowners and commercial/industrial customers in the Heidelberg and Rhein-Neckar region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales, including independent new customer acquisition, managing and expanding existing relationships (B2C & B2B/C&I), and providing expert technical consultation. Key daily tasks include analyzing customer requirements, developing tailored solution concepts, preparing detailed proposals and contracts, and conducting strategic on-site and negotiation meetings. Success requires strong sales experience, ideally in the energy sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
