Job Summary
This role involves driving the decentralized energy transition by selling innovative photovoltaic systems and battery storage solutions to both private homeowners (B2C) and commercial/industrial clients (B2B/C&I) in the Heidelberg and Rhine-Neckar region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales, including independent new customer acquisition, managing existing relationships, and providing expert technical consultation on energy solutions. Key daily tasks include conducting technical analyses of customer requirements, developing tailored solution concepts, preparing offers and contracts, and performing on-site appointments. The ideal candidate possesses significant sales experience, preferably in PV or energy technology, strong negotiation skills, and a structured, results-oriented approach. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours, home office options, and a company car, operating within a financially strong corporate group focused on quality and long-term partnerships.
