Job Summary

This role involves managing technical facility operations for a market leader in the industry, based in Dresden. The Facility Management Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all maintenance and inspection tasks, ensuring compliance with legal testing deadlines and regulations. Key daily duties include the technical leadership of the on-site team, managing warranty and defect processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and preparing detailed calculations and quotes for both standard and project services. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or Facility Management, or equivalent technical qualifications (Master Craftsman/State-certified Technician in fields like Electrical Engineering or HVAC). Deep expertise in building operations and operator responsibility is essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
