Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing construction projects focused on electrical engineering, specifically power supply systems of various scales, for a market leader in Facility Management in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with technical and economic specifications for medium and low-voltage systems, detailed project planning and technical preparation, and coordinating technical details and negotiations with clients and project stakeholders. The successful candidate will also contribute to timely bid submissions by preparing service specifications and clarifying lump sums and amendments with the cost estimator, coordinating assembly processes with site managers, and conducting regular site visits and final acceptance procedures. Key qualifications include an electrical engineering background, professional experience in power supply projects, and knowledge of VOB and BGB contract law. This position offers high job security and the opportunity for a permanent contract after an initial period.
