Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the organizational implementation of digitalization projects within a large healthcare provider. The PMO Coordinator will be crucial in supporting the digitalization strategy, helping to develop digital initiatives, and driving digital transformation across all levels of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include planning, controlling, and monitoring digitalization projects, as well as developing and implementing standardized project management methods. A key responsibility is managing change processes and training staff on new digital tools and workflows. The ideal candidate has completed commercial training in healthcare, possesses professional experience in the health or social sector—ideally with a digitalization focus—and has practical experience in hospital administration and PMO knowledge.
