This role involves supporting a modern welfare association, operating 58 senior centers, by providing comprehensive IT administration services at the district office in Dortmund. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of software, including configuration, conception, deployment, and maintenance. Key daily tasks include determining hardware and software needs, managing procurement, and ensuring successful installation and provision to staff. The administrator will handle client-server administration, user and rights management, network administration, and implement system changes and resource monitoring. A strong focus is placed on troubleshooting network topology issues, managing updates, and configuring Mobile Device Management (MDM). The position requires deep expertise in data security, emergency management, and support processes.
