The Technical Employee will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational readiness and functionality of 171 elevator systems and various technical building installations for a large housing cooperative in Jena. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair activities, managing external service providers, and overseeing the execution of modernization projects for elevator systems. The role involves meticulous analysis of repair priorities to inform long-term refurbishment planning and close collaboration with the operating costs department regarding technical maintenance contracts. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, ideally bringing experience in electro-technical environments and control/regulation technology.
