This role involves ensuring the operational reliability and safety of 171 elevator systems and various technical building facilities for a major housing cooperative in Jena, Thuringia. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, and modernization projects, while managing external service providers. Your day-to-day will include conducting technical inspections, analyzing repair trends to develop long-term renovation plans, and collaborating closely with the operating costs department regarding maintenance contracts. Required Skills
