Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Account Manager based in Rosenheim, focusing primarily on remote sales and customer acquisition for one of Germany's largest statutory health insurers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telephone consultations and sales pitches to actively recruit new members, managing the subsequent change of health insurance providers, and ensuring quality assurance for new memberships. The Account Manager will also serve as a key telephone contact for members and sales partners, supporting the field sales network. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks such as contract and material management, invoice processing, and coordinating sales and marketing events. Ideal candidates possess a background in commercial training or social insurance, strong communication skills, customer focus, negotiation ability, and proficiency in MS Office applications, demonstrating a self-reliant and results-oriented work ethic.
