Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth for BAHN-BKK, one of Germany's largest corporate health insurers, within the Stuttgart/Ulm region. The core responsibilities include the independent strategic acquisition of new sales partners and customers, active relationship management to sustainably expand the sales network, and the planning and execution of sales events and activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for continuous market and competitor analysis, providing crucial input for the further development of sales strategies. Candidates should ideally possess commercial training or experience as a Social Insurance Specialist in health insurance, coupled with proven sales experience or strong sales affinity. This position requires an organized, self-motivated individual who is persuasive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented. The role offers a permanent, stable position, flexible working hours, mobile working options, and a company car for business travel.
