This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support, offering a chance to shape the future of a market-leading IT solutions and service management company in Geretsried. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial 2nd Level Support to customers, managing IT support tickets related to IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and handling Hardware and Break/Fix issues. The technician will perform essential onsite support directly at customer locations and implement tailored network-related project orders. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or IT System Electronics) or comparable qualifications, coupled with strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems, networking, iOS, and Office products. Experience with ticket systems and established support processes is essential. This is a full-time position offered initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
