Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Team Lead to serve as the critical strategic interface between IT and business units across Western Europe, primarily focusing on Germany and France. The incumbent will ensure IT services are strategically aligned with business needs while maintaining operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities are multifaceted, combining high-level business relationship management (BRM) and demand planning with hands-on local IT operations, including L3 end-user support, asset lifecycle management, and coordination of office infrastructure changes. Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration, at least two years of experience in IT operations and BRM, and strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks like ITIL. The position requires proven leadership capabilities, budget oversight experience, and mandatory fluency in both German and English to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead local IT support teams effectively.
