Job Summary

This role involves critical project control and management for the major Rhein-Ruhr-Express (RRX) project, focusing specifically on schedule and cost management for construction measures related to equipment technology. The manager will be responsible for structuring projects based on technical and commercial requirements, implementing integrated scheduling and control for planning, construction supervision, and inspection services. Key day-to-day tasks include verifying and coordinating cost planning with asset accounting, ensuring cost stability, maintaining project schedules, performing variance analysis (actual vs. target), and managing project data within PM systems. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Economics, coupled with initial professional experience in construction project management and cost/schedule control, alongside strong knowledge of German contracting regulations (VOB, VOL, HOAI). The position requires economic thinking, strong coordination skills, and a reliable, goal-oriented approach to project execution.
