Job Summary

The Deutsche Bahn is seeking a dedicated District Manager for Telecommunications with System Responsibility to join the DB InfraGO AG team in Erfurt. In this critical role, you will be accountable for the functionality and safety of telecommunications infrastructure within the assigned district, ensuring reliable, punctual, and economical rail operations. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the entire Asset and Maintenance Management (AIM) area, conducting system inspections, documenting results, and overseeing construction projects. You will also manage the budget for your district, contribute to cost center and personnel planning, and provide technical leadership to your team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Automation Technology, or an IHK Master certification, possesses strong knowledge of telecommunications technology, and is ready to acquire the District Manager qualification through the company's training program.
