Job Summary

This role involves managing and overseeing the maintenance and operation of 50-Hz Electrical Energy Assets (EEA) and energy management systems within the Magdeburg station management area. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating maintenance outcomes, deriving risk mitigation measures, and estimating resulting maintenance expenditures. The Asset Manager will support asset owners by developing operating instructions, prioritizing repair actions, and arranging temporary solutions to ensure safe operations. Furthermore, the role involves exercising technical authority over electrical engineering staff, assisting with technical and VOB acceptance procedures after construction, creating risk assessments, and managing building automation technology. This position requires a background as an electrician or equivalent qualification, strong initiative, reliability, and a commitment to acquiring necessary specialized qualifications, offering a secure, long-term position within a major German corporation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for industrial engineering or automation technology, or as an Electrical Installer, or equivalent qualification

Experience
