This leadership role involves establishing and directing the newly formed Integrated Capacity Management (IKM) team within the University Medical Center (UMG). The Head will be responsible for continuously building the IKM framework, optimizing and coordinating critical central resources, starting primarily with bed occupancy, along the patient treatment pathway. Key activities include leading daily and weekly capacity planning meetings, ensuring high data quality for occupancy management, and implementing mechanisms for continuous optimization of planning rules and resource deployment. This position requires a relevant university degree, strong data analysis skills, and significant professional experience in hospital or patient care settings, offering a highly responsible role with substantial scope for organizational development and strategic implementation.
