Job Summary
This role involves supporting the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions within the Human Resources environment for one of Germany's largest system houses. The Specialist will be responsible for independently optimizing and digitizing internal HR processes, ensuring the smooth operation of critical HR systems and interfaces, and managing external IT service providers. A key aspect of the role is acting as a competent consultant for internal and external departments regarding HR master data, interfaces, and systems, requiring the ability to simplify complex technical issues. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a specialization in Organization, HR, or Business Informatics, coupled with very strong knowledge of HR processes and high IT affinity, making this a crucial position in shaping the company's digital future.
