Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive Junior M365 Solutions Engineer eager to contribute to a major German system house and technology partner. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd-Level Support and troubleshooting for M365 scenarios, actively participating in migration and lifecycle projects, and managing modern IT workplaces for clients within the Microsoft 365 environment. The engineer will also handle administrative tasks such as managing user accounts, security policies, applications, cloud services, assigning licenses, and creating dynamic groups. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable background, initial experience with Windows operating systems and M365, and proficiency in German.
