Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing a team of approximately 15 employees within electronics manufacturing, specifically covering Surface-Mount Device (SMD), Through-Hole Technology (THT), Conformal Coating, and the testing field. The Team Leader will be responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of production processes, ensuring high standards of quality, adherence to deadlines, and efficiency. A core focus of the position is identifying and actively implementing process improvements, minimizing lead times through close collaboration with production management, Industrial Engineering, work preparation, and quality assurance, utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods. Key requirements include a technical background, preferably in electronics or mechanical/electrical engineering, extensive professional experience in electronics manufacturing, and at least five years of leadership experience with a cooperative, hands-on management style.
