Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Windows Server and Client Administrator to support a telecommunications client operating within the public sector environment in Cologne. Day-to-day responsibilities involve actively participating in the planning, conceptualization, and implementation of Windows Server and Client systems, including the installation and maintenance of supporting tools. You will be responsible for processing complex technical orders, coordinating service delivery, ensuring agreed-upon service levels, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and decision-making concepts. A key aspect is participation in projects for public clients (federal or state level). To succeed, you must bring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training, coupled with at least three years of professional experience, including one year in IT administration, specifically handling Windows Server OS, DHCP, DNS, and client management tools like OMNISSA WorkspaceONE and Horizon VDI.
