Job Summary

The German Pension Insurance Federation (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund), a cornerstone of social security, is seeking a Team Leader for Information Security in Operational IT Operations in Würzburg. This role involves leading a specialized team within the newly established IT Security staff division, which encompasses BCM, data protection, risk management, and authorization management. The successful candidate will manage personnel and technical responsibilities, coordinating a team of internal and external employees, steering change processes, and actively contributing to IT technical tasks while ensuring service quality. Key responsibilities include supporting the investigation of security incidents, creating and maintaining security policies, monitoring, reporting to management, and leading/participating in cross-organizational projects.
