Job Summary

This specialist role is responsible for the comprehensive planning, steering, and execution of Technical Building Services (TGA) projects. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and coordinating project teams, including external technical planners and partners, while ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints, timelines, and quality standards. A critical component of the job is managing all service phases (1–9) of the HOAI and guaranteeing compliance with all relevant technical norms and legal regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over five years of successful project leadership experience in TGA. Proficiency in planning software like Revit and AutoCAD is essential for reviewing and updating technical documentation and plans, ensuring the efficient modernization and maintenance of building systems.
