Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Product Development Physicist specializing in Sensorics and Optronics to join a renowned client in Heilbronn. The core responsibility is driving the development of cutting-edge products utilizing the latest IR technology, managing the process from initial concept through to full series maturity. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive project planning, including defining timelines, setting milestones, controlling costs, and creating detailed requirement specifications. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, generating regular status reports for stakeholders, and conducting project reviews. Candidates must possess a technical university degree (Master of Science or equivalent) and significant professional experience in project leadership, ideally holding an IPMA Level D certification. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between €80,000 and €90,000 per year and the flexibility of hybrid work after successful onboarding, starting initially as temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
