Job Summary

This temporary Student Assistant role at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein supports the German Resuscitation Registry (GRR), the largest database for pre-hospital and in-hospital resuscitation measures in the German-speaking area. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive administrative and organizational support, including managing event logistics—from registration and creating schedules to on-site participant reception and setup/teardown. You will also handle routine database administration, such as creating site entries and managing user access, alongside drafting protocols. The position requires strong organizational skills, high motivation, and excellent MS Office proficiency. This is an attractive opportunity for a student with very good German language skills (C2) to gain valuable experience in medical registry management and event coordination within a major university hospital, offering flexible hours (40 hours/month) and partial remote work options.
