Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Estimator specializing in complex security technology projects, including fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion detection systems (EMA), access control (ZKS), and video surveillance. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed, well-founded calculations and proposals by meticulously analyzing technical documents, project specifications, and performance descriptions. Day-to-day tasks involve determining material, labor, and machine costs, evaluating subcontractor bids and supplier conditions, and actively optimizing cost structures to develop economically viable solutions for clients. The Estimator will work closely with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery, while also maintaining and developing the company's calculation databases and templates. This position requires a strong technical background, business acumen, and fluent German skills, offering a stable, future-proof career with a company car for private use.
