In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the functionality and safety of modular units by quickly and professionally resolving malfunctions and carrying out scheduled maintenance, both legally required and customer-agreed. You will manage service and maintenance appointments, plan deployments, and ensure smooth on-site operations. A key part of the job involves meticulous documentation of your work in the ERP system and collaborating with the customer service team to clarify technical issues and develop practical solutions. The ideal candidate holds a technical trade qualification (e.g., HVAC mechanic, Electrician, Carpenter, or Metalworker), ideally supplemented by certification as a Qualified Electrician for Specified Activities (IHK). Experience in customer service or field service and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems are essential for success in this stable and growing environment.
