Job Summary

This role is with Algeco GmbH, a European leader in modular space solutions, focusing on maintaining and ensuring the functionality of their diverse unit fleet. The Service Technician is responsible for quickly and professionally resolving technical faults, managing and executing scheduled service and maintenance appointments (including statutory inspections), and ensuring high customer satisfaction on-site. A core part of the job involves meticulous documentation of all work within the ERP system and collaborating with the customer service team to develop practical technical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical/craft apprenticeship (such as in electrical, plumbing, or metal construction) and strong German communication skills. Experience in field service or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
