Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from site setup and coordination of subcontractors to final acceptance and project handover. A key focus is maintaining high quality standards, ensuring strict adherence to accident prevention regulations, and preparing necessary HSE documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (degree, master craftsman, or technician level) and several years of experience in construction site management, particularly within plant engineering. This position requires a proactive, conscientious individual with high travel readiness across the DACH region (4-5 days/week), offering flexible home office arrangements and a company car for private use.
