Job Summary
As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial and industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end management of construction sites, from initial setup to final handover. This includes coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders on-site and support maintenance activities. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy field work and travel within the DACH region. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or a degree in Electrical Engineering; alternatively, completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience following a vocational qualification as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Professional experience in site management, ideally with a focus on plant engineering or construction
- Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
- Experience in creating risk assessments and project-related HSE documents
- Experience in steering acceptance and handover processes on construction sites
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 working days per week) is required. A valid driver's license is necessary for the provided company car.
