Job Summary

This role involves the independent installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced security and telecommunications systems, including fire alarm systems (BMA), intruder alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance, and voice alarm systems (SAA/ELA). The Service Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, performing meticulous measurements and tests according to DIN VDE and EN standards, and conducting detailed fault diagnosis and repair on existing installations. A key component of the job is direct customer interaction, including coordination, instruction, and on-site or remote support. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering or communications technology, coupled with several years of professional experience in security or IT system technology, and fundamental knowledge in at least one core security area (BMA, EMA, Video, or SAA).
