Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the complete installation of large-scale, sustainable energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients, actively contributing to the energy transition. The Site Manager will oversee projects from initial site setup through to final completion and handover. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, managing all necessary site communications, and rigorously enforcing safety protocols, including creating HSE documentation and risk assessments. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, evidenced by vocational training and further qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree), coupled with proven experience in site management, especially in plant construction, and expertise in medium-voltage systems. The position requires fluent German and good English skills, along with a high willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days/week).
