Job Summary

This role is centered on providing high-level 2nd-Level technical support for cutting-edge, sustainable energy storage solutions, actively contributing to the energy transition. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical faults, primarily focusing on remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of battery storage systems. While the work is mostly remote, occasional on-site assignments for fault resolution and solution implementation will be required. A core part of the job involves professionally advising technical contacts, creating detailed technical documentation and service reports, and collaborating closely with Product Management and Development teams to drive product improvement. Key qualifications include a completed technical education or degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, ideally coupled with fundamental technical knowledge in power electronics and measurement technology. Strong proficiency in German and good working knowledge of English are essential for effective customer communication.
