You will also collaborate with the team on complex customer projects. To succeed, you must possess completed vocational training in IT or the tax/accounting sector, practical experience in an IT support function, and ideally, initial knowledge of DATEV. Strong communication skills, a pronounced service mentality, and proficiency in MS Office are required, alongside fluent German.
