Job Summary

This role involves supporting a leading German IT service provider by managing the setup, dismantling, and relocation of IT workplaces across Germany. Day-to-day tasks include installing and integrating peripheral devices (PCs, laptops, printers, phones, headsets), providing initial user training on hardware and software systems, and meticulously documenting all installations using an app for logging. The technician will also perform initial on-site fault analysis and resolution, escalating complex issues as necessary. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT systems electronics or system integration, foundational knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments, and a high degree of service orientation. The position requires a Class B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally across Germany, including overnight stays.
