Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for end-users. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of IT equipment such as notebooks, printers, and peripherals, performing fault analysis and resolution across Windows operating systems, networking issues, and hardware failures. The successful candidate will utilize ticket systems for processing, tracking, and documenting support requests, and will actively participate in workplace setups, teardowns, rollouts, and migration projects. Qualifications require a completed apprenticeship in IT Systems Integration or comparable experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and standard software, combined with excellent customer service skills and fluent German language proficiency.
