This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support within the Berlin-Brandenburg region, ensuring continuous IT operations for clients. Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, assisting with hardware rollouts, and performing installation, replacement, and support for standard and specialized hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will also manage equipment inventory, handle asset management, and meticulously document and track support tickets within dedicated systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT, practical experience in field service and user support, and strong knowledge of standard hardware and Microsoft products.
