Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing on resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting for PCs, notebooks, and printers, configuring and installing endpoint devices, and providing user support for mobile devices. You will also be responsible for performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within the client environment. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with practical experience in user support and hardware troubleshooting.
