This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a major client in Karlsruhe, acting as the crucial link between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing local hardware and software support, analyzing and resolving disturbances, and ensuring continuous operation and service quality. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, coupled with professional experience in 1st and 2nd level onsite support.
